Very impressive work, all around. As far as merging 3D and 2D goes, it's pretty well done... and I'm left without much else to say thus far, other than more applaud for the atmosphere and spooky setting.

Side note: Can I just say 0:33 is why we don't do taco tuesday anymore? I mean look at that, that is at least 3 separate streams of fluid fecal matter flying between those pipes. That, or it's tentacles.

You have me intrigued. I'll keep watching for S&G's.

The intro and violence were twisted enough for a quick giggle, but the acid trip was definitely the highlight. Excellent use of visuals; very smooth, very colorful, and largely in-tune with the music.
Not sure what else to say, but 4/5, 8/10. ~WCCC

"Prepare to Doritos Edition. Only on Fox. In Pay-per-view, this sunday sunday sunday!" Okay. I'm done. Seriously though, this was really weird and made little sense. Your animations, as I notice, tend to be really abrupt and chaotic, as well as sometimes just nonsensical. Moderately interesting, not fully amusing.

Okay. I really like that there's a solid sense of ambiance coupled with good, unique sort of setting. Balcony, facility shape, etc. The characters seem relatively fresh and unique, which is definitely a fleeting concept. Really, I enjoyed most of it, but some parts played just a bit too "idle" and slow paced. Had the goons not been in a combat situation, that sort of sitting tremble and gradual movement could've been really deep character behavior... but in combat it just makes the goons all too goon-y. Too slow, too stupid.

Interesting stuff. I'll keep an eye out for your work in the future.

I admit I'm still lacking a lot of knowledge of this series, but I had a moderately fun time watching this one anyways. Not sure what else to say, but it was decent I guess. Really feel like I can describe this further, but brain just draws blanks. Oh well.

Zero-End responds:

Glad to entertain you, if only moderately. If you come up with any critiques later, feel free to message them to me.

Have a good one.

Keeping the magic alive. The style and setup is just so continuously random, but very well composed random with a cup or so of chaotic. A bit like the modern equivalent of slapstick, but you know, really fucked up and twisted along the way... which is done so magnificently well.

It's the 4th masterpiece, at this rate I wouldn't even dock points based on the rough drawing style, as it really just compliments everything along the way. Simply amazing.

I admit I'm somewhat unimpressed, because I've seen a large handful of animated series like this on NG, it seems to be a silent recurring theme. Have really laid back sort of pace and very low speed plot development, lingering exposition, a bit of dick-around humor and overdone character setups, maybe follows some anime influenced trends (ie medium, pointy hair for all the guys, except for long haired bro) and generally some stuff about backgrounds.

This is not to say this is not good in many regards, but somehow I've seen this a lot and it's starting to get to me at this stage. Another side note: it's kind of a sausage fest. Only introduced 5 main characters abruptly and they're all males. The only other characters this episode were unique trees.

The drawing was excellent, the animation was acceptable, posing and gripping on 3d-like environments, all superb.

Complaints: Really quiet in a lot of areas. Wasn't sure if volume was even set right a lot of times, huge lack of music or more ambiance. Characters had very few redeeming and unique traits, in both appearance and behavior. Some of the ACTUAL 3d backgrounds had really poor lighting done in-program and some textures were a tad screwy or overly repeated. Your 2d drawing in a mock-3d is better than your actual 3d, which I find interesting and actually rather impressive and unimpressive at the same time.

We'll see what the future brings, but for now I'm really just raising an eyebrow and noting I've seen tons of animations done in this sort of awkward and empty feeling/stereotypical style, and I wish you only the best. Some of these aspects (such as character development) might be resolved with good time. I'll definitely watch a part 2 to help evaluate further.

WHOOKOS responds:

Thanks for the critique. I'll see what I can do. :)

This was so thoroughly fucked up and twisted. I love it. Mostly because it's just plain random and chaotic, but that's what I come to expect to some degree from your work.

Lovely, as always.

Five months. Holy crap, five months later. Love your stuff man, and great as always... but why even bother uploading to newgrounds if it's old news by then? Is it like promoting your youtube more? Because it really feels like demoting your newgrounds to me. Only reason I had incentive to watch this again is because I was already stopping by to comment on its tardiness.

*Sigh* Great animation, hilarious concept, but why squidward is the owl is a little intersting. Seeing how Rorschach and the owl are best friends, and the comedian is kinda an asshole... why not make Patrick the friend and squidward the asshole?

Regardless. 8/10, 4/5, ~WCCC
