Face looks a little too realistic, and kinda oddly stylized at that. That being said, and I hate to be THAT guy: Immediately ignore the guy who says it's more realistic for the sword to be on his back. There is extensive documentation and dissection as to why back-mounted sheaths do not work the way they are displayed in media.
TL;DR: You can't draw it from a length greater than about the length of your arm, in contrast to drawing from the hip. This length is insufficient to clear any reasonable size sword from the sheath, including the sword drawn here. BTW, it's a pretty sweet sword.

Damn straight. I'm a long-ish term fan of the manga, including OPM-O. I don't really do anime, but the anime did a hell of a lot of right by the source material. Saitama (AKA caped baldy) never gets old, somehow.
